Shipping Policy

At SeenSheen Skincare, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, returns, and replacements.

Shipping

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns and Replacements

We offer returns and replacements for damaged or incorrect deliveries. Please submit your claim within 2 days of delivery, with photo or video proof of the parcel’s condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with the original invoice.
  2. Returns must reach our warehouse within 15 days of delivery.
  3. After our quality assurance team assesses the returned item, a replacement or coupon will be issued.

Return Process:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo or video proof of the parcel’s condition.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for the safe return of items.
  • We do not support replacements for change of mind or product preference.
  • Instead of cash refunds, we provide coupons for future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact.seensheen@gmail.com or +92 308 1323456 with your order number and a photo or video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
